Seascape Villa is owned by a multi-generational Caymanian family, with roots that travel as far back as the late 1700’s. The family, descendants of Edmund Parsons who was the last Caymanian Custos (Governor equivalent), has made every effort to maintain the Villa’s sense of place, given the use of Cayman cut stone, hard wood, and Caribbean styled furnishings throughout. The property has been in the family since the 80’s.

The Property Manager is Cayman Beach Rentals, operated by Yuri Ferguson, a Caymanian with Cuban heritage. He has been the on-site manager of Seascape Villa for over 7 years and delights in providing a Caymanian welcome and Caymankind throughout your stay.
