Seascape Villa is a rare oceanfront residence on Grand Cayman’s iconic Seven Mile Beach. Spanning three stories, it combines the privacy of a villa with the polish and amenities of a world-class resort. 

The villa sleeps up to 21 guests across seven bedrooms, including five king suites, a loft with two queen bunk beds, and a den with a bunk and single bed ideal for children. With expansive living areas, a gourmet kitchen, and a dedicated on-site team, Seascape was designed for families and groups seeking the ultimate in comfort, privacy, and service.

Arrival

Enter through a private, gated entrance lined with tropical palms and Cayman stone.

Living & Dining

Expansive and light-filled, the villa’s open-plan living & dining areas offer space to gather, entertain, or unwind. Large glass doors open directly to the sea.

Kitchen

A gourmet kitchen equipped with professional-grade appliances, double ovens, and generous counter space. Perfect for preparing family meals or for your private chef to craft bespoke dining experiences.

Bedrooms

Seascape Villa features five king suites, each offering generous space, ensuite bathrooms, and a quiet sense of privacy. Soft natural light, comfortable furnishings, and refined details give every room a warm, inviting atmosphere, allowing guests to peacefully unwind.

Kids’ rooms

Seascape features two dedicated kids’ spaces. The loft includes two queen bunk beds, ideal for older children or teens, while the den offers a bunk bed and a single bed, creating a comfortable and flexible setup for younger guests.

Bathrooms

Five indoor bathrooms, one outdoor bathroom, and a private outdoor shower room complete the villa’s thoughtful design, offering convenience and holistic luxury.

Terrace & Pool

The beachfront terrace features a private plunge pool and jacuzzi overlooking the Caribbean Sea. An outdoor kitchen, full bar, firepit, cabanas, and putting green create the perfect setting for relaxation and entertainment.

Wellness & Recreation

Seascape offers both activity and calm: a private gym, yoga and fitness sessions, massage treatments, and family-friendly games including ping pong, pool, foosball, and more.

Beachfront Access

Step directly from your terrace onto Seven Mile Beach. Complimentary kayaks, paddleboards, beach chairs, and shaded cabanas are reserved exclusively for Seascape guests.

Technology & Comfort

The villa includes a Sonos sound system, satellite TV, high-speed internet, and a saltwater fish tank that adds natural calm to the main living area. Air conditioning, washer & dryer, & wheelchair accessibility ensure every guest feels at home.
